 To speak with an Advisor or to pick up an application, please do one of the following:

1) Stop by the HAFD Main Station at 1211 W. Grand River in Howell between 0700 and 1600 hrs Moday-Friday.

 

2) Call the Main Station and ask for a Cadet Advisor at (517) 546-0560 between the hours listed above.

 

      Cadet Program

 

     In the Cadet Program there are two options after

     completion of the Cadet Training Academy, Auxiliary Cadet, or Part Paid Cadet

  • Auxiliary Cadet: This is an Academy graduate that has been invited to participate in monthly trainings and department events. Age 14 - 18. 
  • Cadet: These are a select few that have shown an interest in making a career move into the fire service in the near future. Age 16 - 18
